October Town Council Meeting Schedule Change

Honea Path, SC – Saturday, August 16 – The Town of Honea Path is announcing an important change to its monthly council meeting schedule beginning in October 2025.

Starting in October, the Regular Town Council Meetings will now be held on the second Monday of each month.

📅 First rescheduled meeting:
Monday, October 13, 2025
📍 Watkins Community Center – Town Hall Courtroom Chamber

🕔 5:00 PM – Zoning Commission & Boards Meeting
🕕 6:00 PM – Regular Town Council Meeting

This change is intended to better align with community and board schedules, ensuring that more residents and stakeholders have an opportunity to attend.

Mayor Dr. Jimmy Smith noted:
“We want to make sure our meetings are accessible to as many people as possible. This adjustment allows for smoother coordination and continued public involvement in the work we’re doing for Honea Path.”
