Request For Statements OF Qualifications (RFQ)
The Town of Honea Path is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Chiquola–Clatworthy Sewer Basin Phase III Project.
This important infrastructure project reflects the Town’s continued commitment to improving its wastewater collection system, supporting future growth, and providing reliable utility services to residents and businesses.
Project Details
The Chiquola–Clatworthy Sewer Basin Phase III Project is a key investment in the Town’s wastewater infrastructure. The selected engineering firm will provide comprehensive professional services, including:
- Project design
- Contract administration
- Field observation
Working closely with Town staff, the selected firm will assist with project planning, design development, bidding support, construction administration, and field observation to help ensure the project is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and all applicable regulations.
The Town is seeking firms with demonstrated experience in municipal engineering and utility infrastructure projects. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based on:
- Relevant project experience
- Past performance on similar projects
- Qualifications of key personnel
- Project approach and methodology
- Firm availability and capacity to successfully complete the project
