HONEA PATH, S.C. – The Honea Path Public Works Department has temporarily shut off water service to the Seaton Acres area while crews work to repair a water line leak.

The temporary interruption is necessary to allow crews to safely complete the repair and restore reliable water service to residents as quickly as possible.

Once repairs have been completed and the system has been inspected, water service will be restored immediately. Residents may experience temporary discoloration or air in their water after service returns. If this occurs, simply run cold water from a faucet for a few minutes until the water clears.

The Town appreciates the patience and understanding of residents while crews work to complete these necessary repairs.
