Watkins Community Center Announces 2025 Summer Theatre Camp Registration

Honea Path, SC – April 3, 2025 – The Watkins Community Center of Honea Path is excited to announce registration for its 2025 Summer Theatre Camp, open to campers ages 6 to 17. Registration begins Thursday, May 1, and will continue throughout the month of May each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday—or until all 30 spots are filled.

Registration hours are as follows:

• Thursdays & Fridays: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Sign-ups will take place at the Watkins Community Center, located at 204 S. Main Street, Honea Path, in Room 10, accessible via the building’s middle doors.

The nonrefundable registration fee is $50.00 per camper. Parents and guardians should be prepared to complete all required forms and submit payment at the time of registration to secure a spot. Early registration is strongly encouraged due to limited availability.

This year’s featured production is a fun and imaginative twist on a classic:
“Peter Pan and the Never Never Land Retirement Community” – Honea Path style!

Camp will be held Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18, with final performances taking place on the evenings of Thursday, July 17 and Friday, July 18.
